These kits are made for units that have completed 'The System' delivered by 4TAC5 and are seeking a unit quantity of kits within a budget constraint. For carry and concealment the PRE-KIT should be worn to allow for access to the tools when restrained to the front or rear. The recommended method is to carry inside the waistband (IWB), ideally inside underwear with the Go-Tube located at the groin area and Uber Gulag Shim installed on the silicone bead retainer at the 6 O'clock position.
